This must be Charlestown (Boston), but it’s practically overlapping with Cambridge, Massachusetts. The bridge is on route 93 which goes from being an elevated highway, to underground through downtown Boston. The underground section is commonly refereed at as The Big Dig. In the video with the guy on the bike, he is coming off of a pedestrian bridge which goes over into Cambridge proper.
